Tips to Maintain Stamina Throughout the Rites
The rites run over several fairly packed days. Managing your energy wisely keeps you strong through every stage to the end.

The umrah and hajj rites take place over several days with a fairly packed schedule. Between congregational prayers, tawaf, sa'i, visits, and voluntary worship, the body is required to work harder than in daily life. Managing stamina wisely is the key to staying strong to the end.

Manage your energy like managing your breath on a long journey. Not every voluntary act of worship must be chased in a single day. Prioritise the obligatory and the most important acts, then add voluntary ones according to your body's capacity. Overexerting early often leaves the body drained in the days that follow.

Adequate rest is an investment of energy. Use the gaps between prayers for a short nap or simply to lie down. A good night's sleep is far more valuable than staying up for activities that can be postponed. A well-rested body recovers faster.

Mind your food intake. Do not skip meals even when busy with worship, because the body needs a steady supply of energy. Choose nutritious food and eat in moderation, not to excess. Fruit and healthy snacks can boost energy between activities.

Meet your fluid needs so you do not tire easily. Carry a small water bottle wherever you go, and drink regularly. Dehydration is a leading cause of quick fatigue, especially in hot, dry weather.

Know your own limits, particularly if you are elderly or have certain health conditions. There is nothing wrong with resting more often or using the assistance facilities available. Worship performed calmly is better than pushing yourself until you fall ill.

Spread demanding activities evenly through the day rather than piling them into one time. For example, after performing tawaf and sa'i, which drain a fair amount of energy, give your body time to recover before continuing with other worship. Listening to your body's signals and not being shy to rest is part of the wisdom of preserving stamina to the end of the trip.

Finally, keep a positive mood. Gratitude and inner calm actually help your endurance too. With wise energy management, adequate rest, and an open heart, you can complete the entire series of rites with full devotion and without excessive fatigue.
